What We Need To Know


What type of event are you planning?

Approximately how many guest are you expecting?

What type of menu are you requesting (Cuisine: traditional | southern | etc. / Style: Appetizer | Course | Dessert only | etc.)

What services do you require? (do you need us to cook and delver only | do you need us to cook, deliver and setup | do you need us to cook, deliver, setup, serve and cleanup | do you need us to decorate, cook, deliver, setup and cleanup)

Do you require stainless steel or disposable chafers with fuel?




What We Require

We prefer a minimum of two weeks notice for an event of 20 plus guest.

You must pay your deposit to secure your date once you accept the menu that has been planned. 

We require a final head count and payment of the balance five days prior to the event.

If payment is not received five days prior to the event, you forfeit your order and NO REFUND of the deposit will be given

*Exception: Weddings & events with 50 guest - the fee is determined by total volume


Additional Legal Stipulations

Removal of Prepared Foods: The Public Health Department prohibits us from allowing the removal of potentially hazardous foods from self-service stations. 

Food removed from all catered events must be with the approval of management. Due to potential risk of food borne illness from the mishandling of food items after an event. We reserve the right to deny a request for removal of food. 

*We are not held responsible for information that you do not provide to us if it is essential for your event. We will execute per the information that we have obtained from you.
